This is an opportunity to receive personalized guidance in your fitness, nutrition, flexibility, and injury prevention program to supplement your aerial training.
Program will include personalized fitness program, along with nutritional guidance, and tutorial videos JUST FOR YOU in skills and conditioning upon request. As a client, you will receive print outs and videos you will have access to, with feedback and check ins on a regular basis.
This is perfect to kick start the new year, and reach your aerial goals and personal health goals.
Serious recipients only- you must be willing to track your workouts and check in with me on a regular basis for your success.
PRICING IS $90 for initial intake forms and program design. Followed by 1 month of regular check ins and tutorials on request 24/7 for $50 for your first month, For a total of only $140 for your first month.

Karlene is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, along with being a certified specialist in nutritional fitness, and currently owns her own aerial fitness studio of 5 years - Kama Fitness. She has almost 15 years of experience in leading individuals through their own fitness programs, both online and in person. She brings her passion for living and feeling well to all students at her studio and online.
